On behalf of our client in Greater Copenhagen we are looking for a Lead DevSecOps. The consultant must promote the benefits of DevSecOps by identifying and quantifying the business benefits that come from the greater agility DevSecOps delivers.
Acting as a change agent, the DevSecOps evangelist shall ensure buy-in from Product teams, helps develop the key roles to support DevSecOps delivery methods, and enable peopleto make those changes.
In D&D ART, shared System team serves 3 product lines and within the system team there is a DevSecOps Enablement team. So as a consultant, you will lead the DevSecOps Enablement team. The team is ramping up and shall have 2 Automation leads, 2 integration leads, 1 IaC (Infra-as-a-code) architect and 1 Application security architect. In your role you will act as Product Owner of the team where your backlog will typically be a mix of enabling features for product teams and features spanning across product lines (PL).
You shall be responsible to create/enhance a DevSecOps roadmap across PLs and map other dependencies to your team.This position requires hands-on technical and theoretical knowledge of:
-DevSecOps practices and toolset
-Build, test and deploy automation, including CI/CD
-Delivery orchestration and infrastructure provisioning
-A good grasp of classical SDLC theory and ITIL processes

Qualifications:
-Evangelist on DevSecOps best practices to continue improving product increment delivery and release processes
-Strong agile mindset, stakeholder management, drive clear vision, inspire and motivate teams
-Act as a change agent and help product teams to integrate built-in-quality and security as part of their continuous integration and deployment lifecycle.
-Create automation frameworks that produce measurable and iterative DevSecOps for product teams.
-Prior experience in programming and development to utilize within coaching methodologies, setting up CI/CD pipelines
-Experience in coaching and upskilling teams on DevSecOps practices and adoption
-Drive world-class quality in the development and support of our product lines
