On behalf of our client, we are looking for an OT specialist to assist in the delivery of a robust, secure, and automated new hosting platform for developing and operating the future supply critical IT systems in the clients datacenters. These systems are parts of the Operational Technology (OT), which is physical infrastructure being monitored and managed in the client’s control centers to maintain and expand the transmission of energy in the power grid and the gas grid in Denmark and across borders. The program is based on DevOps principles and organized as a scaled Agile Release Train (ART), where several teams are being onboarded, each with specific roles and responsibilities.
Responsibility areas for the OT specialist includes:
-Support the development of security principles and internal standards (policies) for supply critical IT systems (OT systems), which can be understood by the DevOps- and technical teams.
-Taking an active role in the work expressing security requirements relevant to the OT platform hosting supply critical IT systems
-Identify procedures and work instructions and implement Security (eg. SSDLC) into the ways of working together with the DevOps teams, Technical teams and procedure owners/shared services
-Support the Technical teams with identifying best practices for security hardening within relevant areas of expertise
-Design and support the step-by-step implementation of Security measures within relevant areas of expertise (crawl, walk, run)
-Identify and support the implementation of Compliance-checks into the DevOps process in close collaboration with the DevOps and Technical teams (Continuous Compliance – Compliance-by-design)
-Develop and execute the process of security risk evaluation and vulnerability assessment, including providing documentation.
-Support the ongoing work providing security and recommended decisions to the OT Platform ART’s advisory forum.
-Creating a clear line from requirements through features and user stories in technical teams’ work backlog to platform solutions and documentation, followed by internal controls used for external audits (assessing the client’s level of compliance).
-Facilitating external reviews from selected partners regarding the OT platform security.
-Introducing and assisting other teams in the OT Platform ART fulfilling the compliance & security measures
-Being ambassador to application development teams outside the OT Platform ART fulfilling the compliance & security measures

Qualifications:
-Demonstrate experience within the described areas of responsibility
-Certifications related to the described areas of responsibility
-Executer and “Do’er” that continuously work for better deliveries and cooperation
-Likes to work with complex matters and is comfortable in a changing environment
-Structured approach to tasks and communication
-Security clearance required on level HEMMELIG or similar national clearance (equivalent to NATO SECRET), The client can offer to facilitate application and accreditation by appropriate authorities.
