Test Lead, Aarhus

For an interesting client in Aarhus, we are looking for Test Lead preferable with Test Management experience and OSS/BSS Telco Experience. The Testlead will join a ongoing program with responsibility of Nonfunctional test and User acceptance test. The program is running at full speed why fast introduction and diving into the details in a short period of time must be expected. (Fast track onboarding). The test team is in the process of finalizing the test preparations as the user acceptance test is expected to start in August or September. The Candidate will be leading the test team that 7-10 testers.  Furthermore the Candidate will be a part of the Management team of the Program with reference to the Program director.

The Test lead will be responsible for the UAT test team and the test processes needed to drive the User Acceptance test and nonfunctional test. Test management and defect management are the primary areas. Furthermore the test lead is responsible of sizing and scaling the testteam so the needs test execution can be managed with the timeframe available. The test lead have a very important role to ensure the transparency of the quality of the software deliverables in the program – why reporting on the progress is critical.

Qualification:
–Knowledge in Telecom, OSS/BSS and hands-on working experience
-Previously experience with Test Management, defect management, User Acceptance test and nonfunctional test.
-Experience with status reporting and test/defect reporting
-Experience with test automation
-Good Communication skills
-Understanding of all phases of a Software Development Life Cycle and Agile testing
-Work experience in Jira
-Possess strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
-Independent and self-driven as a must in this position.
