On behalf of our client in Copenhagen awe are looking for Test Manager to mitigate the sourcing and implementing of the clients new Security Management System.
The Security Management System will be chosen through an EU Tender and implemented. The Test Manager will be responsible for 3 steps:
1. Drafting material for the tender and contract with requirements to the Supplier and other stakeholders in relation to testing.
2. Assist the Project Manager with test related topics in the tender process (from primo/mid 2024 to ultimo 2024) – questions and answers from tenderers, feedback on offers for use in negotiations, and evaluation of tenders.
3. Option/extension: Oversee the testing and provide recommendation of pass/failure of tests to the Project Manager (primo 2025 – mid 2027).

Qualifications:
– Experienced Test Manager for developing test plans: Establishment of test methods, draft test cases and evidence requirements, plan test activities (FIT/FAT, SIT, UAT, SAT, OAT etc.), and test documentation requirements for the tender material.
– Specify the Supplier’s responsibilities in the implementation project in relation to tests.
– Assess the offers in relation test specific criteria as a part of the negotiation (feedback to Suppliers) and final evaluation.
– The Test Manager must respect other projects’ timelines and decisions and collaborate with other projects’ team members in the programme.
– Draft documents in context of an EU tender, e.g., drafting minimum requirements/negotiation requirements/evaluation criteria, and consider the contractual context of the tests, e.g., giving input to contract clauses to supplier obligations and consequences if the tests fail, and payment plan when tests are passed. The Project Manager will assist with review/sparring in regards of wording for compliance with EU tender structure and contractual legal wording.
– Proven experience with drafting material in scope of IT contracts in scope IT-systems/software which integrates with physical components/hardware.
