We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to support our Client’s To support our Telia Post Merger Integration (PMI) We are searching for an experienced Programme/Senior Project Manager to lead the IT Transition Service Agreement (TSA) – SA&OPS programme. The ideal candidate has knowledge and experience with large PMI’s and/or transformation programmes with a broad range of stakeholders – preferably within the Telco industry.

Four areas have been identified by now to be handled within the programme:

Area 1: Mobile Core, VAS, ACE, IoT
Area 2: CPE monitoring, Networks, DDOS, IP core, Access, transmission & WDM networks and site.
Area 3: IT application, IT Infrastructure FW, LB, Storage etc.
Area 4: Escalation Management: Taskforce, PDB, TCMT, Major disturbance notifications.

Tasks are programme management diciplines e.g.:
-Set up programme governance for the IT TSA – Infrastructure programme
-Strategic alignment across the IT PMI organisation
-Stakeholder engagement – engage with stakeholders and manage expectations and concerns to ensure support and collaboration of all relevant parties.
-Programme Risk Management – identify, asses, and manage risks throughout the programme’s life cycle.
-Programme Resource Management – secure relevant resources availability throughout the programme.
-Integration Management – manage dependencies across the projects within the programme and across the IT PMI organisation.
-Quality Management – establish and maintain quality standards for deliverables within the programme and associated projects.
-Communication Management – develop and implement a communication plan and setup throughout the programme’s life cycle.
-Change Management – address the impact of changes the programme will have on people, processes, and technology.

The IT PMI organisation is based in central jutland but travels to Copenhagen will occur.
Workplace: Central Jutland
Allocation: 80 % onsite, 20 % remote
Start: 01.01.2024
Duration: til 31.12.2024
Language: Danish and English

Competencies are needed within:
– Programme management
– ITIL Process migration
– ITIL Process development
– IT System and infrastructure knowledgeable
– ServiceNow knowledgeable
– IT Monitoring systems
– Monitoring setup and event handling, preferably within one or more of these systems:
-Communicative abilities
-Leadership proficiency
