On behalf of our client, we are looking for project consultants to assist the clients management team with tracking, monitoring and reporting on instruction adoption for Group compliance owned instructions. Tasks will include:
-Project management: Sending out instructions for adoption, track which subsidiaries have adopted which instructions, sending reminders to subsidiaries on adoption, facilitate discussions with content owners on deviations, escalate issues of non-deviation to instruction administrators, send adoption reports to administrators/owners.
-Current state assessment: A backward looking assessment to be conducted on previous adoption of instructions (before 1 June) done by administrators (which instructions have been adopted by which subsidiaries). Handover of the tracking, monitoring and reporting of these to Policy Management Team.
-Agree prioritisation plan with Subsidiaries for adopting instructions falling due post September 2021 and start adoption of these.
-Enhance tracking, monitoring and reporting process as required.
-Other ad hoc-tasks in team, for example uploading policies and instructions to GRC Tool.
