On behalf of our client in Greater Copenhagen We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the Initials (Identity) transformation efforts of our enterprise initials/global unique identifier (incl. email address’). The candidate should have at least 10+ years of experience driving similar transformation projects focused on Identity, Authentication, Authorization & Governance, Active Directory, Azure AD and Okta. The ideal candidate should also have prior experience working with regulated industries, where long retention requirements, and compliance to e.g. privacy legislation needs respected and planned with.
Responsibilities:
-Develop the overall project plan, budget, resource allocation, and timelines for the initials (identity) transformation program.
-Drive definition of IGA policies, incl. governance, and documentation of to the acceptable use and standards of, identity, email, and which other use-cases the identity has. As-well as what we do not allow the identity used for.
-Build on the existing email protocol, AD, Azure AD and Okta, maximize professional modern business usage and efficiency, ensuring long term proof design (30+ years).
-Create and maintain project documentation like project charters, change requests, risk and issue logs adhering to PMO standards.
-Coordinate with project stakeholders, including business sponsors, product owners, subject matter experts, and other management personnel.
-You will be working in close collaboration with the Identity and Access Management Theme Owner, as well as with many business areas where innovation is a key requirement to fulfill their objectives

Language: English (Danish is an advantage)
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager with at least 10+ years of experience in driving IGA identity transformation projects, with a modern approach, focused on global unique identifier, Authentication, Authorization & Governance, Active Directory, Azure AD and Okta.
-Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles, standards, in a regulated industry.
-Experience in ensuring compliance to long retention requirements, and privacy legislation.
-Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous work-streams.
-Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
-Experience in agile project management methodologies.
-PMP and Agile Certification is a plus.
