On behalf of our client in Copenhagen we are looking for a Project Manager to work for a short period looking into the client’s relationship with their Facility Management provider.
The project Manager is expected to deliver a report with findings to improve the current business relation.
Workplace: Copenhagen
Workload: 100 %
Start: ASAP
Duration 1 month (Contract to be extended)
Language: Danish & English
Qualifications:
-Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop project streams
-Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables
-Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
-Providing financial reports and budget outlines to the SteerCo
-Overseeing the development of the project streams and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company’s standards.
-Continuously evaluating project streams to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
-Accurately documenting the project’s development and execution
-Strong ability to navigate in a complex context
-Strong stakeholder management abilities.
-Experience with complex problem solving
-Strong communication skills written and verbally
