On behalf of our client in Copenhagen we are searching for an experienced Release Train Engineer to mature ART is delivering products and operations of IT-solutions to the Client. The ART is to handle incidents, maintain, operate, and design new products and services. The ART has 6 teams and are mainly working with Currently 40 people. The RTE will be:
-Working closely in the ART leadership with the product manager and solution architect to ensure a sustainable and efficient flow of top-priority deliveries
-Managing and driving the optimisation of the flow of value from idea to release
-Facilitating programme increment (PI) planning events and other ART ceremonies
-Assisting in tracking the execution of features and capabilities
-Providing input on sourcing and assisting with solving critical impediments regarding shared resources.
Workplace: Copenhagen (Remote/Hybrid)
Workload: 100 %
Start: ASAP
Duration: 4 months (Contract to be extended)
Language: Danish & English
Qualifications:
-Experience in scaled agile and scrum working with multiple agile teams in a SAFe context.
-Experience working as an RTE, e.g. running agile ceremonies and coordinating cross-functional work teams to deliver working software to the business.
-Understand how to use agile tools such as Azure DevOps.
-Have a collaborative and involving mindset and understand what it takes to be leading in an agile environment.
-Be a fast learner on internal procedures and systems.
-Certifications in Leading SAFe, SAFe RTE, SPC, SAFe SM, SCRUM.org SM or similar.
